Wedgwood Attic Conversion
Once upon a time in the peaceful Seattle neighborhood of Wedgwood, lived a family of 4 with two growing kids. Mom and Dad always envisioned these kids playing in the nooks and crannies of the attic, someday when they got around to finishing it off. They called Sunbreak Homes to get the job done knowing if they waited any longer, the kids would be off to college! We came in and finished off the space, complete with new lighting, bamboo flooring, storage closets, roof insulation, built in window benches and a couple hidden play areas made to look like bookshelves. Needless to say, the kids are loving it, and so are the parents!
