Sunbreak Homes LLC was founded in 2014 by Matt Lytle who saw a need in the Seattle area for high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Growing up in the Midwest, the sixth of seven children, he learned early on that to stand out and be noticed, you have to be exceptional. He started Sunbreak Homes LLC to provide the Seattle area with design/build services that are second to none.
